and Platform Rules

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlive ("jlive", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at jlive.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

jlive is an entertainment platform offering cricket sports betting, live casino table games, slot machine games, fishing arcade games, and related services exclusively to players located in Bangladesh. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jlive platform, through which you access all services, manage your BDT balance, and participate in betting and gaming activities.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money BDT funds and bonus funds held in your jlive Account at any given time, subject to applicable wagering restrictions on bonus components.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by you on an outcome within a sports betting market, casino game, slot game, or any other gaming product offered on jlive.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit incentives awarded to your Account, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on jlive, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "Platform" means the jlive website, mobile interface, and all associated software, tools, features, and content made available by jlive.
• "Prohibited Person" means any person under the age of 21, any person located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited, or any person whose account has been suspended or terminated by jlive.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to jlive is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jlive may request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform, including at the time of registration, upon first withdrawal, or during any account review process.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

jlive is operated for the benefit of players resident in Bangladesh. By registering and using jlive, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jlive does not violate any laws applicable to you in your location.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on jlive. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms. jlive reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the betting and gaming services on jlive, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and kept up to date.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jlive applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before making your first withdrawal or at any point during a review process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlive will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jlive immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

jlive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines at its sole discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) your account activity poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; or (d) continued operation of your account is contrary to the platform's responsible gaming obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlive accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the payments section of your account dashboard and vary by payment method. jlive does not impose a maximum limit on deposits for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jlive BDT balance within seconds of successful authorisation on your mobile wallet. Bank-based deposits may take longer to appear, depending on the processing times of the sending institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jlive within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of request, subject to successful KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed faster. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method on file. jlive does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.5 Fees

jlive does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment service providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees according to their standard rates. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Policy

From time to time, jlive offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other occasions significant to the Bangladeshi calendar. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period will be specified at the time the bonus is awarded. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets across correlated outcomes to reduce wagering risk artificially, or using any system or strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics — is strictly prohibited. jlive reserves the right to void bonuses, void related winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money portion of your balance that results from completed wagering of bonus funds is eligible for withdrawal. Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, jlive reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jlive are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the case of cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test matches — bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to jlive's sport-specific rules published on the platform.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered in real time and odds may change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding. jlive reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including in cases of significant match events, data feed disruptions, or suspicion of irregular betting activity.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes and are independently audited for fairness. jlive's role is that of a platform operator; the game studios bear responsibility for the technical integrity of their respective products.

7.4 Slot Games

7.5 Void Bets

jlive reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the bet was accepted after the relevant event or market had concluded; (c) the result is determined by a governing body to be irregular; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, data corruption, or system error affecting the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlive. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes, including in live casino games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Using jlive for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and subsequently withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's name, payment method, phone number, or identification documents.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed at jlive.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlive staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with jlive's backend systems, databases, or source code through any technical means.

9 Responsible Gaming

jlive is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and controlled gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously.

9.1 Available Tools

All jlive players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jlive content without express written consent from jlive.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used under licence. jlive makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlive's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlive shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or events beyond jlive's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Errors in game data, odds, or live feeds caused by third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlive's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

jlive collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using jlive, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes your name, date of birth, mobile phone number, device identifiers, IP address, transaction history, and gaming activity. This data is used to provide the platform services, process payments, verify identity, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

jlive employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. Player funds are held in isolated BDT wallets separate from operational accounts. jlive does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jlive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — jlive will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include an in-platform notification or an email to your registered address.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of jlive after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jlive operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to jlive's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. jlive aims to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal complaint being raised.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
